Kateryna Karmachova is a Paris-based artist whose practice is rooted in the concept of emotional topography. It is a visual architecture of lived experience, where emotion becomes structure through rhythm, repetition and spatial tension.

Born in Kyrgyzstan and shaped by life between Ukraine, Germany, UK and France, movement across cultures became a way of recognizing the contours of experience beyond geography.

Following seven years of academic art education and later studies at Studio Berçot in Paris, Kateryna developed a multidisciplinary career across luxury fashion, design and international commerce. The discipline, precision and sensitivity to proportion cultivated through these fields continue to inform her approach to painting.

She works without preliminary sketches. Each composition grows through repetition, adjustment and accumulation until rhythm, contour and form arrive in balance.

Each series begins with a letter from the artist’s name, becoming part of an evolving emotional topography.
